Prepare and submit a one page abstract with an additional page of figures (upload a single PDF file, by strictly adopting conference template)

Note: only the first page (text only) will be distributed to the attendees; the second page, containing figures, will only be used for reviewing purposes. Abstracts that do not use the official conference template will not be considered.

Submit a 100-200-word short summary to be included in the conference pdf booklet

All abstracts must be written and presented in English.

The file size must be less than 10 MB.
TEMPLATES
Certificate of STUDENT STATUS
The CSW Best Student Paper Award was established for students who present their work as speakers or poster presenters. The awards are open exclusively to students who are officially enrolled at a University as of the conference submission deadline. Awardees will be selected by members of the program committee based on abstract content and presentation quality.
To compete for the award, students must submit proof of their STUDENT STATUS along with the abstract, by using the related link in the submission portal (pdf certificate/letter from home University). Student award applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the award ceremony during the conference.
NOTE: reduced registration fee will be applicable only to attendees who are students at the conference start date, June 15, 2027
